AI & Connected Services

Customers choose whether to connect a service. Energy uses connected-service content as needed for user-directed actions, within the permissions each connection authorizes.

Connected services

  • Supported integration families include Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, HubSpot, and PagerDuty.
  • Before proxied integration requests, Energy validates the account session and ownership of the relevant connected account.
  • Energy applies per-user and per-service controls; access-control practices are designed to limit access to authorized users, accounts, and services.

AI model providers

The AI provider used for a request depends on the selected model and configuration. Supported model-provider families may include OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, and OpenRouter-routed models. This does not mean every provider receives data for every customer or request.

LLM proxy telemetry is designed to exclude prompts, request/response bodies, tool schemas, credentials, headers, and IP addresses.

Customer responsibilities

  • Connect only accounts you are authorized to use.
  • Review the permissions each connection grants.
  • Manage your authorized users.
  • Configure privacy settings appropriately.
  • Avoid submitting information you are not authorized to share.
